Not every company needs monthly management reporting. A one-person consultancy, an online shop with 20 orders a month, or a holding company with a handful of bank movements needs something simpler: clean books, a reconciled bank position, and a set of statements the auditor can sign.
That is what this service does — the same statutory quality, without paying for analysis you will not read.

When to upgrade
Move up to the full accounting service when any of these becomes true: you start holding stock, you take on employees, your bank asks for interim figures, or you find yourself guessing at your own margins. The changeover is mid-year friendly — the ledger carries across unchanged.
Common questions
My company has not traded at all. Do I still need this?
Unless the company has formally been made dormant under section 447 of the Companies Ordinance, yes — statutory financial statements are still required, and they still have to be audited. See deregistration and dormant filing.
Can you also handle the audit and tax return?
Yes. We arrange the statutory audit with a practising CPA and file the profits tax return, so the same figures flow through without re-keying.
How far back can you catch up?
As far as needed. We work year by year in date order so each audited year opens with the correct balances.
