Fees published on this website are indicative starting points. A binding fee is the one stated in a written quotation or engagement letter. Where the scope of work changes materially — for example additional years of catch-up bookkeeping, or records materially different from what was described — we will quote the variation before proceeding.

Government fees (incorporation, business registration, annual return filing, deregistration and similar) are payable to the relevant authority and are separate from our service fees. They are set by the authorities and may change.
5. Your responsibilities
- Provide complete, accurate and timely information and documents
- Notify us promptly of changes to directors, shareholders, addresses or business activities
- Retain original records as required by law — we may hold copies but the statutory duty remains yours
- Review and approve filings before submission where your signature or approval is required
Where a deadline is missed because information was not provided in time, any resulting penalty is your responsibility.
